Boost the overall awareness of the G.H.MUMM brand among the current and potential consumers of champagne, and promote the sales of the world-famous G.H.MUMM champagne.
“Dinner in the Sky” opening event for VIP guests and the special media lunch event 50 metres above Jūrmala was held to promote the sales and visibility of the brand, as well as to strengthen its attributes, to attract media attention by achieving the largest possible audience. At the same time, to achieve the positive involvement of the event’s guests through the social media, live online coverage and DITS communication via Twitter and Facebook accounts were broadcast from the venue.
The PR activities, which included various innovative solutions to achieve objectives, had to contend with the complications caused by the Law On Handling of Alcoholic Beverages, which prohibits alcohol brand advertising and using outdoor advertising format for this purpose.
Despite the limitations set by the law, broad publicity and media coverage was achieved. The sales figures of G.H.MUMM also increased significantly.
