In order to raise youth's awareness of the opportunities offered by professional education and work-based learning (DVB), within a project of "Employers' Confederation of Latvia" an environmental installation / exhibition "Prefession ladders" was organized, which whithin  two weeks was exposed in Riga Central Station. 

Environmental installation consisted of five double-sided ladders on which different colored pair of shoes were placed. Ladders  were used as the main element of the installation  - as a symbol of ascension, self-development and path to the new  personal peaks, where each individual's abilities, skills and strengths are tested.
